Caitlin Frost is a highly experienced coach, leadership and dialogue trainer, process designer and facilitator, working with teams, organizations, communities and individuals both locally and internationally. She brings complexity informed approaches to the design and facilitation of meaningful dialogue, engagement and participatory processes, and to leadership development, helping people better understand and navigate the complexities of the challenges and opportunities they face. Caitlin’s coaching work focuses on cultivating the presence and mindset needed to navigate and thrive in the uncertainty and complexity of life, leadership and work. She brings effective practices to strengthen clarity and conscious thinking, communication and action, as well as tools to identify and transform the limiting beliefs and patterns that hold us back individually and collectively, including working with fear, assumptions and bias.
Caitlin is a Steward in the Art of Hosting international community of practice, is Certified in Human Systems Dynamics and is highly experienced practitioner of The Work inquiry process, and has adapted and developed coaching and training approaches and programs through her extensive learning and practice over the past 35 years. Caitlin is/was core faculty on a number of leadership development programs including Leadership 2020 for over 8 years in BC, multiple universities and non-profit organizations across North America. She is also co-founder of the Complexity Inside and Out program. Caitlin lives with her family on Nex̱wlélex̱m (Squamish Nation territory) also known as Bowen Island, BC, Canada.
